DISTRICTS

We will be cheering next week at both the girls and boys district games at Staley High school.

 The first one is on Monday March 3, 2014 at 5:30pm. This is the girls district game. Please be at Park Hill High school at 4:30pm. The bus will leave shortly after that. We should arrive back at the high school around 7:30-8pm, however I will have the cheerleaders text/call you.

• Game – Red Uniform hair low pony white bow
• REMINDER: even if you are not cheering on the sidelines and are sitting on the bench you are still part of the team and MUST be in full uniform.

 The second game we will be cheering at is Friday March 7, 2014 at 5:30. This is the boys district game. Please be at Park Hill High school at 4:30pm. The bus will leave shortly after that. We should arrive back at the high school around 7:30-8pm, however I will have the cheerleaders text/call you.

Once again just a reminder these games are mandatory and if a cheerleader cannot attend it will be considered an absence for them. If you have any questions or concerns please notify one of us.

CHEER WEEK of 2/24

Cheer events next week: - Monday 2/24 – Game 6:30 PM o To school cheerleaders should wear warm up pants, warm up jacket, any cheerleading camp tshirt, hair however, any shoes o To the game cheerleaders should wear red uniform, white bow, and hair in high pony - Tuesday 2/25 – Senior Night Game 6:30 PM o To school cheerleaders should wear black uniforms, PH bow, hair half up o To the game the cheerleaders should wear black uniform, PH bow, hair half up - Sunday 3/2 – 2014 Year End Banquet - 3 PM o We need RSVP’s by Monday so we can decide on the venue for the event General Announcements: - CLEAN Uniforms will be collected at the banquet. Please bring them in a bag with cheerleader’s name on it. Uniforms include: o Warm up jackets o Red uniform o Midrift top that goes under red uniform o Black uniform o Pink poms - Tryouts will be the week after spring break – March 24th-27th, more info to come

Cheer events this week: - Tuesday 2/18 – Practice 4:30-6:30 PM - Wednesday 2/19 – Practice 4:30-6:30 PM WRESTLING ROOM - Thursday 2/20 – Practice and Game 5:30 PM o Cheerleaders should wear red uniform to school, hair half up, white bow, cheer shoes, option to wear black leggings under skirt and warm up jacket o Cheerleaders should wear red uniform to school, hair half up, white bow, cheer shoes - Friday 2/21 – Practice 6:30 AM, Courtwarming Assembly Performance 1:30 PM, Game 6:30 PM o We’ve added the 6:30 AM practice because that is the only time we can get on the gym floor to practice our Courtwarming Routine o Cheerleaders should wear black uniforms to school, hair in low pony, PH bow, cheer shoes o Cheerleaders should wear black uniforms to game, hair in low pony, PH bow, cheer shoes General Announcements: - I have a size small warm up jacket that was left at the game on Friday, I’ll bring it to practice Tuesday - Tryouts will be the week after spring break – March 24th-27th - Banquet will be Sunday, March 2nd at 4 PM, location TBD - Senior Night is Tuesday, February 25th

Cheer Update Week of 2/3

If we have a snow day tomorrow, please check your email for updates on whether we will practice. We will make that decision based on road and weather conditions. < Cheer events this upcoming week: - Monday 2/3 – Practice 4:30 PM-6:30 PM - Tuesday 2/4 – Practice 4:30 PM-6:30 PM - Thursday 2/6 – Practice 4:30 PM-6:30 PM Cheer events next week: - Sunday 2/9 – Cheer Clinic 12:30 PM-5:00 PM (clinic goes from 1:00-5:00 PM but we need all PHHS cheerleaders there 30 min early to warm up) - Monday 2/10 – Game and practice 5:30 PM - Tuesday 2/11 – Game 6:30 PM - Wednesday 2/12 – Bring it On 6:00 PM - Friday 2/14 – Double Header Game at Park Hill South 5:00 PM General Announcements: - We will take a bus to Bring it On. Please send your cheerleader with $4 to practice this week - Banquet will be Sunday, March 2nd at 4 PM, location TBD - Coaches will be finalizing dates for tryouts this week so look for that in next week’s update - Senior Night is Tuesday, February 25th - The Double Header Game is Friday Feb. 14th instead of Thursday Feb. 13th.
