Thank you so much for showing support at the Walk for Hope
yesterday! Our squad’s presence was greatly appreciated by all
involved.
UCA STUNT CLINIC: We will be attending the UCA Stunt
Clinic at Liberty High School on Saturday, May 17th from 12:30-5pm. The
cost is $25/person due upon arrival. Please let me know if you are unable
to attend.
CAMP: Reminder that the camp balance ($200) as well
as the money for camp clothes ($80) are due May 6th!
SUMMER SCHEDULE: The summer schedule is now on the
blog (www.parkhillcheer.blogspot.com)
. Any changes to the schedule will be announced at least 2
weeks prior. These changes may include (but are not be limited to)
choreography times in early June as well as added night practices on Monday’s
and Wednesday’s in July leading up to regionals. We will print off these
schedules and hand them out at practice this week.
FUNDRAISING: We kicked off our first fundraiser last
Thursday. We will be selling cookie dough and butter braid frozen pastry
dough. Ask neighbors, family, friends, teachers, co-workers, etc!
Let them know that the money will be used to help lower the cost for you to
participate in cheer this year J.
Usually, if people are aware of what the money raised goes towards, they are
more willing to buy.
All cheerleaders have an order form (if you lost yours, I
have extras in room 515). Each product sells for $12, and $5 of that will
go back to the cheerleader. Remember, this is an individual fundraiser,
so anything you sell will go directly towards lowering YOUR cost for cheer this
season. The order forms will be collected Thursday, May 8th at
practice, and the orders will be delivered Tuesday, May 20th at
practice.
