Yard Sale. Start collecting your junk so it can be someone else’s

YARD SALE

Friday, June 5 & Saturday June 6, 8:30-3pm
o Workers
need to be there at 7:30am to help set up

Bring all items to Dawn’s on Thursday June 4
(4-8pm)
o Girls
will also need to help during this time to set up

Parents/Cheerleaders needed
o We
will have a sign-up sheet for parents and cheerleaders
o The
shifts will be 4 hours long
o Dawn
will have food and drinks inside for workers J

items should come priced
o Categories
with prices will be sent out in an email (jeans $2, plates $1, etc)
o If
not sure on how to price an item, send it without a price and it will be priced
when it arrives

o If
you would like to contribute baked goods for a bake sale, please bring those
over June 4 as well

Our expectation is that all parents and
cheerleaders participate in AT LEAST 1 of the 3 ways (working, contributing
items, or contributing baked goods) in order to make this a successful
fundraiser! Our hope is that these proceeds will go towards new uniforms
for the squad!
Clothing: We are receiving clothing slowly. We
will hand things out this week and next week! J
Choreography: Check the bottom for dates. See previous
email for explanation. Please bring lunch, snacks, water, and anything else
you may need during these long days. Remember as Coaches we cannot
give any type of medicine, this includes Advil or other pain killers. Prior
to choreography camp all Minor Athletes must have a Parents/Legal Guardians
complete The Cheer Specialists Waiver Release Agreement.
Failure to have a completed Waiver Release Agreement on file
will result in the athlete to not be eligible to participate in choreography
camp.
You may forward this email to all Parents/Legal Guardians to
complete via email or text message. We have found that sending the link
below is the most sufficient way to insure that the form is completed on time.
JV PRACTICES- JV will practice every Tuesday
–Thursday during the summer through camp from 630am-8am. Once
again JV is more than welcome to come to Varsity’s summer practices.
Camp : More information will be coming out about camp
shortly.
Payments: Your next payments are
due next week! If you are a JV member who is not planning on coming to Varsity
practices next week please arrange to give your payments to one of the Coaches
during practice times. Please send it in an envelope with your
cheerleader’s name on it and what the payment is for.
Parent Meet and Greet: We will have a parent
meet and greet shortly. We realize you may not know any other team parent
and want you to get to know each other to help out with carpooling etc.
However, please encourage your cheerleader to reach out to members on the
squads about rides etc. if this is an issue.
Coach Baker is in Pennsylvania for her brother’s high
school graduation from June 5th – June 15th.
Please direct all questions to Coach Simon. I will have access to
email, but please be patient with the responses.
