YARD SALE

Friday, June 5 & Saturday June 6, 8:30-3pm
o Workers
need to be there at 7:30am to help set up

Bring all items to Dawn’s on Thursday June 4
(4-8pm)
o Girls
will also need to help during this time to set up

Parents/Cheerleaders needed
o We
will have a sign-up sheet for parents and cheerleaders
o The
shifts will be 4 hours long
o Dawn
will have food and drinks inside for workers J

o All
items should come priced
o Categories
with prices will be sent out in an email (jeans $2, plates $1, etc)
o If
not sure on how to price an item, send it without a price and it will be priced
when it arrives

Bake Sale
o If
you would like to contribute baked goods for a bake sale, please bring those
over June 4 as well

Our expectation is that all parents and
cheerleaders participate in AT LEAST 1 of the 3 ways (working, contributing
items, or contributing baked goods) in order to make this a successful
fundraiser! Our hope is that these proceeds will go towards new uniforms
for the squad!
Choreography: I am so proud of Varsity! They worked
their tails off! The routine already looks great and we are 51 days out from
regionals! I am so very proud! Attached please find the words to the cheer how
Nita wants us to say them! Parents and JV girls please learn the words so we
can yell with the Varsity girls! J
Thank you to the JV members who attended! I know it was a lot of sitting
around, but I hope you at least experienced the blood, sweat, tears, and joy
that goes into competing!!! J
Clothing: We are missing a few clothing sizes people
have ordered and we have extra of other size. Please check to ensure you
received all correct sizes and items. If you are missing any or have
incorrect sizes please bring it to the attention of the coaches immediately.
If you were unable to pick items up this week at choreography your items will
be available at practice on Tuesday.
Camp : Camp is June 19-June 21. Times to leave
will be announce! We will be leaving the high school early morning on Friday June
19 and return to the high school mid-afternoon on June 21.
Payments: Your next payments are
due next week! Please send it in an envelope with your cheerleader’s
name on it and what the payment is for.
Parent Meeting: We will have a parent meeting
June 16 at 6pm in the cafeteria. Location may change. However please plan
to attend. This meeting we will go over some traditions we have for both
Varsity and JV, including camp. This will also be a great opportunity to
introduce yourselves and who you belong too.
Coach Baker is in Pennsylvania for her brother’s high
school graduation from June 5th – June 15th.
Please direct all questions to Coach Simon. I will have access to
email, but please be patient with the responses.
