Last week of practices before choreography!

Fundraising: Delivery date for cookie dough will be Tuesday May 12 at the end of practice at 6pm!! .  You should or will be receiving what you or your daughter earned towards their account and what the money went towards.

Vacations:  We should have already been notified about vacations this summer. If you have not notified the coaches please do so immediately.  Thanks! J  

Varsity Practices The summer practices have been added to the schedule. Remember these are mandatory for Varsity and optional for JV.   Practices will be every Monday-Thursday 6:30am-8:00am Varsity will have an off week June 29- July 5 this is mandatory for all athletics.  Varsity will also have an off week July 27- August 2. 

JV PRACTICES- We will have several practices throughout the summer for JV to help them get ready for camp.  We will have these dates to you as soon as possible Once again JV is more than welcome to come to Varsity’s summer practices. 

Camp : More information will be coming out about camp shortly. 

Payments: Payments are coming up quickly.  If you would like to pay for any items earlier you are more than welcome too.  Also, if you are paying by cash, please send it in an envelope with your cheerleader’s name on it and what the payment is for.  With 39 cheerleaders, handing in cash without a cheerleaders name on it can become quite confusing. 

Stunt Clinic:  The stunt clinic is next week.  We will be meeting at Liberty High School in Liberty Missouri at 12:15pm.  Please be prompt. The address for Liberty High School is 200 Blue Jay Drive, Liberty, MO 64068  It is scheduled to end at 5:00pm.  Please return to pick up your cheerleader at that time. The cheerleaders will be receiving an athlete waiver form this week.  Please fill it out in its entirety.  We do need insurance information on the form.  They will need to fill out this same form for camp in June.  I would recommend making a copy and sending 2 in with your cheerleader we will keep the 2^nd one for camp.
