HAPPY LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL!!!! :)

::ATTENTION JV PARENTS::  JV will need to purchase an additional item we forgot to put on the payment sheet, this item is the mid-drift for under their uniforms.  This item will take place of the regional/state shirt. ::::

Fundraising: Our Cookie Dough Fundraiser was a great success!!  We will have another squad fundraiser the first week of June! Date to be announced.  This will be a Yard Sale! Start collecting your junk so it can be someone else’s treasures.

FIGHT SONG: If any 8^th Graders want to practice the Fight Song for their assembly  Coach Simon will be at the school Wednesday to review.  Please plan to attend right after school. 

Stunt Clinic:  We are so very proud of everyone who attended the stunt clinic on Saturday! We saw a great amount of skills being mastered! Thank you  for all your hard work and dedication.  To those of you who were unable to attend, just wait to see what we have learned! You will love it and master these skills in no time!! J

Clothing: We are receiving clothing slowly.  We handed out the new shoes to everyone who attended the stunt clinic.  We handed out the motion flex shorts to 8^th graders only to be worn under their skirt on Friday.  If you were unable to attend the clinic and you need these please try to be at the Fight Song Review on Wednesday to receive these.  If you are unable to make it, please contact Coach Simon and I about arranging a time to pick these up. 

Choreography: Please bring lunch, snacks, water, and anything else you may need during these long days.  Remember as Coaches we cannot give any type of medicine, this includes Advil or other pain killers. 

JV PRACTICES- JV will practice every Tuesday –Thursday during the summer through camp from 630am-8am.  Once again JV is more than welcome to come to Varsity’s summer practices. 

Camp : More information will be coming out about camp shortly. 

Payments:   Your next payments are due next week! If you are a JV member who is not planning on coming to Varsity practices next week please arrange to give your payments to one of the Coaches during practice times.  Please send it in an envelope with your cheerleader’s name on it and what the payment is for. 

Parent Meet and Greet:  We will have a parent meet and greet shortly.  We realize you may not know any other team parent and want you to get to know each other to help out with carpooling etc. However, please encourage your cheerleader to reach out to members on the squads about rides etc. if this is an issue. 

Events this week:

·          Finals week and Last week of classes!

·         Remember to stretch and do cardio during your off days!

·         Wednesday 5/20 Right After School : 8^th Grade Practice for Fight Song

·         Friday 5/22: 8^th Grade assembly.  – Please wear uniform to school Cheerleaders will perform the Fight Song

Next Week Events : VARSITY ONLY (JV may attend)

·         Wednesday 5/27- Varsity Practice 12pm-2pm (Payments: Bows $20, Backpack (if needed) - $45, and ½ or another 1/3 for clothing)

·         Thursday 5/28 – Varsity Choreography Camp 9-5pm

·         Friday 5/29 - Varsity Choreography Camp 9-5pm
